**About the Role**:
The Supervisor of Crossdock Operations plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the flow of goods through the crossdock facility to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
This position is responsible for managing daily operational activities, coordinating with transportation teams, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
The supervisor will lead a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and performance management to meet operational goals.
They will also analyze workflow processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Ultimately, this role ensures seamless coordination between inbound and outbound shipments, supporting the overall supply chain effectiveness within the transportation and warehousing sector in Mexico.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in logistics or warehousing is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or crossdock operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of transportation and warehousing processes, including inventory management and shipment coordination.
- Must be expert level in English & Spanish; ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience working in crossdock operations within the transportation and warehousing industry in Mexico.
- Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.




- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English to facilitate communication with international partners.
- Certification in occupational health and safety or related areas.
