**PROJECT MANAGER**
Purpose of the position: Responsible for managing and directing projects throughout IMI Mx.
This role involves leading cross-functional experts to deliver customer-focused products and services while supporting the development and implementation of project, pricing, and program strategies to continuously provide value to the business and its customers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- ** Knowledge of the electronic automotive industry and Core Tools.
**:
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management and NPI (New Product Introduction).
- Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with the CFT to ensure compliance with customer-agreed targets.
- Communicate with external customers and upper management regarding project status and day-to-day activities.




- Develop and drive strategies to meet customer requirements and recommend IMI manufacturing and engineering capabilities.
- Review aggregate program proposals or plans to determine time frames, funding requirements, procedures, staffing needs, and resource allocation for various phases of the program.
- Act as a high-level contact for customer negotiations on contracts (in coordination with the corporate legal department), pricing (in collaboration with CSCM), and other business matters.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.
- Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedules, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers and senior management.
- Develop status reports, including project financials, to ensure the project team meets customer requirements and adheres to cost control measures.
- Assess the causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to the project team to resolve issues.
