We're looking for a** Production Manager** with a strategic mindset, strong leadership, and a passion for continuous improvement to join a growing international manufacturing organization.
**Location**:Guadalajara, Jal.
**Schedule**: On-site, shift-based role
**Reports to**: Vice President of Operations
**About the role**
This position oversees the entire production operation, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety across all manufacturing activities.
You'll collaborate closely with multiple departments to drive operational excellence, optimize planning, and control costs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and plan daily production to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance, logistics, and purchasing activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and health & safety (SST) programs.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support plant supervisors and production teams,



fostering a high-performance culture.
- Evaluate new projects with the design team to ensure feasibility and productivity.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Production or Plant Manager within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Just-In-Time systems, and waste reduction (Muda).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
- High level of discretion and reliability when handling confidential information.
