**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**
This role has responsibility for our sales planning and trade spending systems, including analysis and controls, as well as national customer team-specific responsibilities.
The role will require cross-functional partnership with the USA sales team to forecast, build AOP, and develop pricing strategies for respective customers.
**Your Impact**
As a Sales Finance Associate Manager, your functions would consist of
- Ensuring the accuracy of key financial performance metrics & reporting
- Creating reporting & driving user performance to enable better business decisions
- Managing period-end process for assigned tasks
- Managing forecast submissions, analyzing trends, and making recommendations
- Analyzing net sales drivers, trends, and associated impacts
- Execute the Annual Operating Plan development process for Customer Development Finance




- Analyzing key national customers' financial reporting
- Lead a team of Sr.

Qualifications:

**Education**
- A bachelor's degree is required.
**Experience**- Minimum 5 years of experience working in financial analysis
- Advanced English is a must
- Strong ability to think critically and analyze financial problems
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with P&L;, forecast, and AOP.
- Demonstrated communication & collaboration strengths
