**REPORTS TO: Talent Acquisition Lead, Associate Recruiting**
**Ingredion **is hiring a **Talent Acquisition Partner **who will be responsible for **fieldwork **on recruiting the Associate level personnel of one or more manufacturing plants.
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Proactively resolve issues through effective communication, customer service, and talent acquisition process improvements.
- Develop hiring plans for assigned plants/locations based on demand.
- Identify and attract high-quality talent for requisitions and stakeholder groups supporting Diversity & Inclusion efforts.
- Manage full life cycle recruitment, from sourcing to pre-hire actions.
- Maintain data integrity in the ATS and ticket system.
- Ensure consistent utilization and updates for compliance and reporting.
- Stay informed about talent market trends and advise relevant stakeholders.




- Bachelor's Degree required.
Major in business, organizational psychology, or HR preferred.
- Advanced verbal/written English communication skills required.
- 1 year of HR experience, ideally with some recruiting activities at the Associate level and/or across different roles.
- Experience working in a multinational company with an international scope of responsibility (US & Canada specifically), ideally in union manufacturing, food, or chemical production environments (_preferred_).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday or similar) (_preferred_).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
