We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead a high-performing team of recruiters dedicated to hiring top talent for our Worldwide Amazon Stores Business Units in Mexico.

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead a high-performing team of recruiters dedicated to hiring top talent for our Worldwide Amazon Stores Business Units in Mexico.
This role will work closely with business partners, and will shape how we think about Talent Acquisition within the country.ResponsibilitiesBuild distinct hiring strategies based on demand and capacity to support Non Tech hiring for multiple organizations to meet increasing hiring needs across Mexico and the Latin America market.Drive sourcing capability & capacity across a geographically dispersed team to proactively build talent pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite delivery.Develop and manage recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics.
Establish and track metrics to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruiting team, hiring managers and interviewers.Work closely with business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders,



Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Recruiting Managers) to determine future needs and set and drive enabling sourcing strategies; this requires a deep understanding through extensive market research of the channels where we can find the best, diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands.Build, engage, manage and develop a team of high-performing staff in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment.Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress.Develop and execute plans to identify and drive productivity improvements that enable the team to deliver to hiring goals without having to scale deployed resources at a rate faster than the business is growing.Periodically lead and/or participate in cross-business projects and initiatives related to recruiting.Basic QualificationsBachelors Degree8+ years of recruitment/HR experience in a corporate in-house or staffing environment1+ years' experience managing and coaching recruiting team of direct or indirect reports, or mentoring team members.Bilingual Spanish and English proficiencyExperience negotiating and extending offers to candidates,



and managing relocation processesPreferred QualificationsPartner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to set and drive strategy, goals, process, and metrics.Managing teams of 7+ direct reportsSkilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROIWorkforce planning experienceExperience scaling a team through tremendous growth periodsExperience partnering with general clients and peersExperience creating, measuring and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring Managers and the Recruiting teamDemonstrated written and verbal communication skillsOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
