We are seeking a Production Supervisor with experience in regulated manufacturing environments to lead daily production operations, ensure compliance with production schedules, and drive quality, safety, and operational performance.Requirements3 to 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Supervisor in the Medical Device, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical industry.Working knowledge of ISO **** and ISO ***** Quality Management Systems.Experience managing production personnel, equipment, and manufacturing resources.Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.Experience monitoring and reporting KPIs and production metrics.Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, Non-Conformance Investigations, and CAPA processes.Experience training, coaching, and developing production personnel.Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Advanced English level required, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, presentations, reports, and cross-functional interactions.Ability to work in production and cleanroom environments as required.Continuous improvement experience involving Lean Manufacturing, 5S,
