This opportunity might be for you.We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join our team in CTS Aguascalientes, supporting employees across the United States and Canada.In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations related to employee benefits, rewards programs, and employee experience initiatives, while interacting directly with employees and stakeholders across North America.This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who want to start their career in a general organization and gain exposure to international HR operations.Key highlights of the role:Manage employee queries related to US & Canada benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, rewards, etc.)Support employee experience initiatives and annual benefits enrollment cyclesCoordinate with vendors, brokers, and internal HR teamsEnsure accurate documentation,
