What You'll Do
Answer inbound patient calls
Schedule and confirm appointments
Navigate EMRs
Verify insurance benefits (VOB)
Support prescription refill workflows
Who We're Looking For
Experience in a clinic, doctor's office, or hospital.
Familiarity with medical terminology and medical billing is a plus.
Proficient in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish.
OR
High-end customer service professionals with excellent phone presence
