This role is perfect for someone who not only manages but works side-by-side with their agents—coaching in real-time, joining calls, and ensuring each lead becomes a real opportunity.You'll be responsible for setting strategies, creating processes, and helping your team exceed targets in the recruitment and staffing industry.Build and lead a new outbound cold-calling team from scratch.Join agents on calls to demonstrate techniques and close skills gaps.Develop and implement B2B outreach strategies, scripts, and processes.Recruit, train, and mentor agents to achieve daily/weekly KPIs.Track and analyze performance metrics (calls, conversions, meetings).




Align team efforts with company growth goals.Provide actionable feedback on the spot—not just in performance reviews.Proven experience managing or supervising a B2B outbound sales or cold-calling team.Background in sales, lead generation, or business development—preferably in recruitment, outsourcing, or BPO.Strong leadership with a coach-in-the-field approach.Experience building a department or team from scratch (strong plus).
