Develop the Daily production Schedule.Close communication to Internal Customers.Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure production plans align with overall business goalsExecutes, Monitors and analyzes, Past due, on time delivery, Attainment, adherence to production plans reportsLook for process improvement (continuous improvement process oriented)Coordinates requests for rush orders and expected delays in materials and purchased parts so that the shortest possible delay occurs for customersIdentify and resolve any production issues or delays, solve a variety of problems that may arise, including but not limited to, rejected parts, purchased parts availability, capacity and throughout constraints,



and change in customer demands and service levels.Generate and present production reports to management teamCollaborates with the IT team and others as needed to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in systems.Creation of what-if scenarioExperience on Inventory Control.Employee must be self‐motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Employee must possess good written and oral communication, organizational and troubleshooting skills.The ability to take a proactive approach and take ownership for all activities related to the success of the factory to ensure successful operations.Must have computer experience with office, and MRP/ERP systems.Travel Requirements
