Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Lead all Human Resources functions, including Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Administration.
Manage labor relations and serve as the primary liaison with the labor union
Develop and execute intern and corporate initiatives to performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
Ensure full compliance with the Mexican Federal Labor Law and all applicable employment regulations.
Coordinate payroll processes and salary administration.
Maintain and update HR policies, job descriptions, and internal procedures.
Lead HR compliance during customer, corporate, and regulatory audits and customer-specific requirements.
Support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives and promote compliance with Environmental Management System requirements.
Prepare and present HR metrics and monthly management reports to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
At least 5 years in a Human Resources Manager position within a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
High ethical standards and integrity.
Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law.
Experience working with labor unions and collective bargaining processes.
Language Requirements
Advanced English (required) – capable of communicating effectively with international management.
