Key ResponsibilitiesProcesses MDM requests, incidents, data set-ups in Syndigo and Oracle eBS for golden and non-golden attributes and bank verifications for Vendor Golden Records.Triages and ensures timely processing of MDM requests and incidents.Set‐up and update Vendor master records in Syndigo and Oracle eBS, based on the information received from the Intake Form.Corrects defects and data quality issues.Validates that vendor specifications are complete and uploaded into all relevant systems.Persistent monitoring of exceptions from and adherence to Data Quality policies and governance standards and standard work processes.Maintains integration processes to support on‐going data quality.Writes reports, documentation and operating manuals, adhering to business needs and IT standards.Identifies and recommends process improvements.Performs data cleansing and validation.Basic RequirementsDegree in Business Administration, Economics,



Computer Science or relevant experience of minimum 1‐2 years in a procurement or business support role.Demonstrated understanding of data modelling, data quality, and data profiling.Experience with Microsoft Desktop Applications Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
