Headquartered in China, the company is rapidly expanding across international markets and working closely with hospitals, surgeons and healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes through next-generation surgical solutions.We are currently seeking two Clinical Sales Managers to support our growing business in Malaysia and Mexico .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating theatre teams, hospital stakeholders and key decision-makers.
- Support the adoption and utilization of surgical robotic systems and related disposable products within assigned accounts.
- Provide clinical support during product evaluations, demonstrations, training sessions and surgical procedures.
- Deliver product training and education to surgeons, nurses and hospital staff.
- Collaborate with distributors and hospital customers to drive product utilization and business growth.
- Support new account development and identify opportunities for expanding product usage within existing hospitals.
- Work closely with marketing, clinical and commercial teams to execute local market development activities.
- Gather market intelligence, customer feedback and competitive information to support business planning.
- Participate in regional congresses,



workshops, training programs and customer events.
- Maintain a high level of product, clinical and procedural knowledge within relevant surgical specialties.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience in medical devices, surgical devices, laparoscopic products, endoscopy, energy platforms, stapling devices, surgical consumables or related healthcare products.
- Experience working directly with surgeons, operating theatre teams and hospitals.
- Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Commercially minded with the ability to support both clinical adoption and business development activities.Language :Bahasa Malaysia/Spanish/EnglishPreferred Qualifications
- Experience in minimally invasive surgery, laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery or other advanced surgical technologies.
- Experience supporting product evaluations, clinical training or surgical procedures.
- Existing relationships with surgeons, hospital stakeholders and healthcare networks within the assigned region.What We Offer
