The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts.The adecuado candidate is data-driven, highly collaborative, and experienced in recruiting within complex corporate environments.Main Responsibilities:- Manage the full life cycle of the Talent Acquisition processes; - Partner and lead vacancy consultation discussions with stakeholders and document recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed time frames, roles, and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process; - Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and talent pipelines; - Drawing talent acquisition and sourcing strategy: hunting ground, key words, job boards for posting,



market mapping and ensure exceptional candidate experience through the hiring journey; - Conduct behavioral-based interviews and coordinate assessment processes; - Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); - Collaborate with HR partners to resolve operational issues and improve workflows; - Provide administrativesupport for hiring activities and process documentation.Qualifications:- Solid experience in talent acquisition area; - Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using interview techniques and evaluation methods; - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; - Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates; - Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends; - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; - Full English proficiency.
