POSITION SUMMARYLead and manage sales strategies across assigned regional accounts, developing commercial strategies to achieve sales and margin objectives.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve targeted sales (amount and quantity) and net profit objectives for assigned accounts, negotiating prices, volumes, and trade terms with customers.
- Manage relationships with current and prospective customers through regular face-to-face meetings and presentations to support channel expansion and sales growth plans.
- Develop a deep understanding of consumer and customer behavior, as well as overall business dynamics, to identify opportunities and strengthen channel development.
- Plan and lead campaigns and promotional activities in coordination with internal and external teams, ensuring proper and timely execution.
- Monitor key customer indicators, including sales and margin performance, accounts receivable, on-time delivery, competitor activities, and market prices, to identify action plans and implement corrective measures to achieve targets.
- Prepare and maintain sales forecasts for assigned accounts to ensure timely order fulfillment and healthy inventory levels, proactively proposing actions for slow-moving products.
- Act as an internal advocate for customers,



ensuring service level commitments are met while delivering an excellent customer experience and fostering strong relationships across the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Education
- 3-5 years of experience in sales-related roles.
- Experience in the Home Appliances or Consumer Electronics industry is preferred.Degree and Language
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- English proficiency preferred.Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to travel as needed.
