- Autonomously ideate large volumes of content across multiple platforms & formats- Create content that builds real connections with consumers — measured by attention (likes, comments, shares, saves... you know the drill)- Analyze real-time performance and optimize content based on learnings- Collaborate cross-functionally on rapid-fire requests & tight timelines- Partner with Creative Strategists to craft community responses & engagements- Participate in brainstorms, kick-offs & creative strategy conversations bringing ideas to the tableWhat are we looking for?
- Background in video, writing, art, design — or equivalent hands-on creative experience- Demonstrated passion for content across platforms: social, streaming, AR, music, film,



interactive & beyond- Experience with tools such as:- Videography/Photography: DSLR- Editing: Final Cut / After Effects- Writing: Google Docs / Word- Design: Adobe Suite / Google Slides / Canva- End-to-end content creation skills (idea → execution → publishing)- A self-starter mindset: responsible, accountable, proactive- Strong collaboration skills across teams & departmentsWhat success looks like (aka the real tea)- You can ideate & create at scale — speed + volume matter- You develop an instinct for what works (and build from it)- Your ideas tap into culture and break ad norms- You help educate the agency & industry in new storytelling formats- Your content drives attention and impact — from engagement to business resultsIf you're obsessed with making content, understand internet culture, and want to create work that people actually care about...We want to meet you.Drop your portfolio / reel / TikTok / whatever best represents your creative brain.
