Overview This position is part of the Controller Department.Responsibilities Act as a strategic business partner within the plant leadership team, reporting to Sr.Manager, Financial Controller.Provide financial leadership to drive profitability, optimize site performance, and guide high‐impact business decisions.Oversee financial planning, management reporting, and cost controls in strict alignment with corporate policies.Qualifications Cost Control, Financial Closing, and Reporting: Lead and coordinate the plant's monthly and year‐end cost‐closing process, ensuring accurate preparation of journal entries and compliance with corporate group deadlines.Monitor and integrate Purchase Price Variance (PPV), conducting in‐depth analyses of material costs, freight, and duties.Prepare and present financial reports and key variance analyses for project leadership and senior management, ensuring corrective actions are executed.Working Capital and Inventory Optimization: Coordinate the annual physical inventory and weekly cycle‐counting program to guarantee inventory accuracy; collaborate proactively to reduce working capital by lowering inventory levels.Business Partnering and Investment Strategy (CAPEX): Act as a business partner to the Plant General Manager and manufacturing team to identify efficiency improvements, cost‐reduction opportunities, and risk analyses; coordinate CAPEX feasibility analyses, maintain financial control, and measure potential savings and ROIC.Establish and manage the annual budget for one or more departments within the plant's financial discipline (controlling, accounting, and internal audit).
Governance, Compliance, and Internal Control: Design,
monitor, and maintain the plant's internal control system to safeguard company assets and ensure integrity of all financial transactions; ensure full compliance with corporate financial policies and internal audit procedures.Education – Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.Experience – 2+ years of progressive experience in financial controlling, cost accounting, or corporate finance.Strong background in production controlling, standard product costing, variance analysis, and CAPEX evaluation.ERP Systems – Advanced, hands‐on knowledge of SAP (CO, FI, and MM modules).
Data & Analytics – Advanced MS Excel skills (complex formulas, data modeling); proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools is highly desirable.Languages – Fluent English (written and spoken).
