You will own theSales & Operations Execution (S&OE;)process for your market and act as a critical link between local commercial teams and global supply planning.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Distribution PlanningLead the Distribution Intelligence (DI) process, including alignment of minimum order quantities (MOQs)Translate demand forecasts into allocation plans by channel and customerDefine product and customer prioritization during constrained supply scenariosInventory ManagementOwn inventory policy at SKU and market level, considering ABC classification, seasonality, and product lifecycleManage inventory projections, distribution, and visibility (including shortages and close‐outs)Develop strategies to minimize post‐season obsolescence,



including liquidation planningS&OE; & Cross‐Functional LeadershipLead the S&OE; cycle with Sales and Marketing, aligning customer priorities, campaigns, and product launchesPartner closely with Global Supply Planning on production planning, imports, and supply constraintsAct as the primary point of contact between the market and integral supply teamsExecution & Operational ControlManage in‐market inventory and customer allocation processesOversee purchase order (PO) management and sourcing visibility (arrivals, stock cover, risks, and opportunities)Ensure on‐time delivery during critical selling windowsKPI Tracking & ReportingMonitor and report on key performance indicators, including:Fill rate by customerIn‐stock performanceDays of inventoryDemand vs supply matchShortages visibilityQualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience5–8+ years of experience in supply chain, distribution, or planning rolesExperience in highly seasonal industries (toys, retail, consumer goods, fashion)Proven experience managing demand peaks, inventory allocation, and supply constraintsExperience with import operations (Asia to LATAM) is a plusTechnical SkillsAdvanced Excel skills (data analysis, modeling,
