and collaborate with developers until resolution.Work closely with automation engineers to identifycandidates for automation.Maintain accurate and up-to-datetest documentation and coverage tracking.Ensure consistency and reliability across distributed teams and environments.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of experience inManual Quality Engineering / Testing.Proven experience testing acrossMobile (iOS & Android), Web, and APIs.Hands-on expertise inAPI testing toolssuch as Postman.Strong knowledge ofQA methodologies, testing lifecycle, and defect tracking.Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus onusability and edge cases.Solidwritten communication skillsfor documenting test cases and defects.Ability to work effectively indistributed, multi-time-zone teams.Exposure totest automation conceptsor basic scripting.Preferred SkillsExperience infreight, transportation, or logistics systems(shipping, tracking, supply chain).
Familiarity withdevice cloud platforms(e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
