and activation workflows.Experience designing and implementing customer, event, and profile-centric data models.Solid understanding of end-to-end CDP architectures and customer data flows.Ability to work across multiple data sources and integrate them into AEP.Experience collaborating directly with distributed client and delivery teams across general environments, particularly with US and India-based stakeholders.Ability to operate as a strong individual contributor while also providing technical leadership and guidance across teams.Experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)Experience supporting enterprise-scale Martech transformations and platform transitions.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound architectural and implementation decisions.Experience operating in enterprise environments with complex data ecosystems.Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‐functional teams.Additional InformationContract modality:This position is full time and open for contractor modality in Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, Peru, Argentina and Brazil.The contract is for 6 months with high possibility of extension.
