A strong bias for action and a creative approach to problem-solving, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and propose high-reward, unconventional experiments.Project Management Mastery: Proven mid-to-senior level experience successfully running multiple complex concurrent projects through structural timelines.Project Management Certification is considered a plus.Decision-Making & Ownership: Strong ability to make practical, data-informed decisions in ambiguous situations while balancing quality, cost, scalability, and business impact.Strong Structure & Organization: Exceptionally detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage pressure well and keep tasks highly structured in a fast-paced environment.Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Professional fluency in English (both written and spoken) with excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills across multi-cultural teams.Mobility & Passion: Wish and ability to travel to our integral fulfillment centers, visit partner networks, and industry trade shows (up to *****% of the time).
