What You ll Do As a Chef de Partie , you will be an essential part of our culinary brigade, ensuring that our guests receive nothing but the finest dishes.Your role will include: Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes : You will execute a variety of dishes with flair, speed, and creativity, ensuring that every plate meets our high standards.Supervising your team : Lead and inspire a team of cooks, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow and develop their skills.Maintaining kitchen hygiene : You will ensure that all cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the kitchen.Collaborating with the head chef : Work closely with the head chef to create exciting menu items and special dishes that will impress guests!
Managing inventory : Assist with ordering and managing kitchen inventory, making sure we're always stocked with fresh ingredients.
