Role OverviewThe Organizational Change Management (OCM) Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling successful transformation across Clarios by supporting change management, adoption, and workforce readiness initiatives.Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Customer Experience, this position helps translate strategic initiatives into practical execution by ensuring employees, leaders, and stakeholders are prepared to adopt and sustain new ways of working.ResponsibilitiesChange Management & Adoption – Execute OCM strategies across enterprise initiatives and regions; coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption programs; integrate change activities into project plans and align with business objectives.Stakeholder Engagement & Communications – Partner with project teams, business leaders, and transformation stakeholders; develop and maintain communication plans, presentations, FAQs, leadership talking points, and other materials; facilitate feedback mechanisms to understand concerns and challenges.Training & Workforce Readiness – Design, develop, and deploy training and enablement materials; create job aids, toolkits, learning resources; organize workshops, listening sessions, and engagement activities to support successful adoption.Project Coordination & Governance – Maintain OCM deliverables (stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, readiness assessments, communication plans, training plans); coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, projects, and regions; manage OCM templates, tools, and collaboration platforms such as SharePoint.Measurement & Continuous Improvement – Track and report adoption, readiness, engagement, and change effectiveness metrics; identify risks, barriers,
