Main Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment and selection process for domestic and international positions.Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies for operational, technical, engineering, manufacturing, and administrative roles.Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and headhunting strategies.Coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers and provide timely follow-up throughout the selection process.Verify employment references and review all required documentation for new hires.Negotiate compensation offers in accordance with the company's compensation policies and salary structure.Represent the company at job fairs, universities, and talent acquisition events.Maintain close communication and collaboration with Human Resources teams across different business units to support integral hiring needs.Manage job requisitions in SuccessFactors,



ensuring accurate documentation and proper tracking throughout the recruitment process.Participate in internal and external audits related to recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring compliance with ISO **** and ISO ***** management systems.Partner with managers and directors to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.Prepare and monitor recruitment metrics and reports to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.Advanced English proficiency (required).
