and implement policies that support a collaborative and inclusive environment.People Operations & AdministrationManage employee records, onboarding processes, benefits administration, and ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.Compensation & BenefitsAdminister compensation structures, benefits packages, and wellness programs that attract and retain top talent.Required Experience & SkillsMinimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally with scaling startups or high-growth companies.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build trust across all levels.Experience implementing culture and engagement programs.Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Nice to HaveExperience with digital recruitment and LinkedIn Recruiter.HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).
