professional reports- Format documents using company templates and ensure consistency- Maintain communication with Project Administrators and field staff to ensure timely report delivery- Meet daily and weekly report deadlines- Maintain organized report folders and submit finalized documents through client portals- Complete training and shadowing assignments to develop technical and industry knowledgeWhat You Bring:- Consistent Internet: Download speed minimum 25 Mbps, Upload Minimum 10Mbps (secondary provider recommended)- PC Computer system (desktop preferred) with 2 screens, camera and speakers/headset.
- Processor: Intel Core i5 (10th generation or newer minimum) 12th Gen Intel Core i******P, 2.10 GHz preferred (alternative: AMD Ryzen 5 or 7 series **** or newer)- RAM: 8 -16 GB (15.7 GB usable)- Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills- Ability to type at least 60 WPM with high accuracy- SSD (Solid State Drive) preferred- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities- Positive attitude and willingness to learn technical reporting standards- Familiarity with environmental consulting or technical writing (preferred but not required)Recommended Experience and Education:- Bachelors in: Engineering, Environmental Science, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Must be CEFR B2 Upper Intermediate skill level in English, C1 preferred.
- Administrative Experience in: Environmental, Engineering, Architecture or Construction Fields.
