We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Application Development Manager to be part of our dedicated team.This role is pivotal in driving our mission to deliver high-performance materials solutions tailored to our customers' needs.We're seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Application Development Manager to join our growing team in Mexico.
**Your Key Responsibilities Include**:- Address and solve processing inquiries coming directly from customers, or through the ADM, Sales or R&D; team members- Providing technical support to existing customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Implementing mid to long-term strategies to foster growth within the organization.
- Collaborating with R&D; to ensure products meet market demands.
**Requirements**:**Requirements**:- Bachelor in Science preferably in Polymers, Plastics Technology or related.
- Minimum of 5 years in technical sales or support roles, ideally within the polymer or materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to forge strong relationships with clients.
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; local language proficiency is a plus.
