ensuring high quality and meeting deadlines.Analyze market trends and competitive conditions, positioning the product effectively.Oversee and steer the product development process, ensuring compliance with budget, scope, and project timelines.Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.QualificationsExtensive experience as a Product Manager in a technology-driven field, preferably with direct exposure to AI product management.Robust understanding of artificial intelligence (LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Evals and Guardrails), machine learning, and related technologies.Demonstrated ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.Strong problem‐solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision.Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field is highly desirable.Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.Global teams distributed in India, EU and US.Some travel may be required.Additional InformationThis role is hybrid, with the expectation of working in the Mexico office at least 3 days per week.Corporate Security ResponsibilityAbide by Mastercard's security policies and practices;Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;Report any suspected information security violation or breach, andComplete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard's guidelines.
