**Basic Qualifications**- **Proven Track Record **.
You'll have 3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, strategic planning, operations, or similar roles.

**Work closely with the Latam Leadership team and Strategy & Planning teams across the region to build and manage the overall Mobility Strategy; defining narratives, principles, goals, and priorities.

**Run the annual Latam Planning Process working with the Central, Local, and Cross-Functional teams.
- **Governance.
**Build, run, and improve the ongoing governance of the Latam Mobility team.
- **Develop Relationships.
**Collaborate with other functional areas (Business Development, People Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Rides, Eats, Cornershop, etc.) to ensure efficient and productive working relationships.
- **Ways of Working.
**Identify, build, and implement new and improved processes that facilitate collaboration, knowledge sharing, and effectiveness within the Latam teams.
- **Headcount Management.
**Help with the headcount management within the region, considering budget, asks, and relationship with Talent Acquisition.
