At Jabil (NYSE: JBL), we are proud to be a trusted partner for the world's top brands, offering comprehensive engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing solutions.With 60 years of experience across industries and a vast network of over 100 sites worldwide, Jabil combines general reach with local expertise to deliver both scalable and customized solutions.Job SummaryThe Senior Recruiter will focus on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development, acting as the client lead for supported groups.The role fosters a collaborative team environment and a strong service‐oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, and quality‐driven services to customers.ResponsibilitiesRecruit passive candidates and attract highly qualified talent, moving them through the talent acquisition process to secure top‐caliber hires.Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and expectations.Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in‐depth interviews and partner with business units to understand and meet talent acquisition needs.Recommend ideas and strategies related to Asia recruitment to increase departmental efficiency and effectiveness.Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interview techniques, leveraging internal talent sources, and identifying top performers for senior‐level openings.Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process: presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing.Leverage online recruiting resources—job boards, niche sites,
