**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:- Create, manage, and optimize employment advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Ensure campaigns align with the client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor day-to-day performance of ad campaigns, adjusting targeting, bidding, and content as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and utilize provided media assets effectively.
- Develop engaging ad copy and headlines when needed to enhance campaign performance.
- Leverage data analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and provide performance reports with actionable insights.Use this data to support decision-making within the marketing team and to align marketing activities with broader revenue objectives.
- Perform research, analyses,



and testing with a variety of tools to gain insights and shape marketing strategy.
- Assist in the execution of marketing plans to reach audiences through targeted channels.
- Liaise with all stakeholders to guarantee adequate planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaign activities.
- Stay up to date with digital advertising, market and online trends relevant to the brand to ensure campaigns and promotions are relevant within each market.
- Maintain awareness of best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to campaign performance or technical execution.
