- Be responsible for coordinating all necessary resources for project delivery, including equipment logistics planning, subcontractor labor and materials, delivery progress tracking, troubleshooting, and internal process management.
- Provide regular updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk management, escalate outstanding issues during provisioning, and support process optimization.
- Coordinate with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance service quality when needed.
- Flexibility to work with overseas customers and internal teams during non-office hours when required.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle troubleshooting and provide timely reporting in the event of network failures.
