Job DescriptionThe Human Resources Business Partner partners with site leaders to implement HR programs, initiatives, and strategies that support business objectives.The role serves as the primary point of contact for leaders and associates on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, communications, talent development, and compliance with company policies.Location: MEX Ciudad Juarez - Esterilización.ResponsibilitiesProvide HR support and leadership for the sterilization operation, serving as the primary point of contact.Partner with operational leaders to implement HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.Provide guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, conflict resolution, and other HR practices.Conduct employee investigations, administer disciplinary actions, and support associate separation processes in accordance with company policies and employment laws.Support talent attraction, selection, and onboarding in coordination with Talent Acquisition and operational leaders.Coordinate and oversee associate services and local HR programs, including transportation, cafeteria services, employee events, and payroll-related matters, promoting continuous service improvement.Implement and coordinate programs related to performance management, talent development, employee engagement, communications, recognition, and associate experience.Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, discipline, vacancies, and headcount; identify improvement opportunities and develop corrective actions.Represent HR in operational meetings, cross‐functional activities, and workforce forums to ensure effective communication across functions.Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures,



employment regulations, and audit requirements.Maintain partnership with the Sr.HR Business Partner to align site HR priorities, programs, and initiatives.Perform other HR‐related duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience as a Generalist, HR Business Partner, or equivalent.Experience in employee relations, investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and policy administration.Experience implementing HR programs and initiatives that support business objectives.Experience partnering with leaders to drive organizational development, employee engagement, talent retention, and talent development initiatives.Experience in manufacturing, operations, or regulated environments preferred.Fluent in English (written, read, and oral).
Proficiency with standard computer programs and databases (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
