Job Title: US Import resolve exceptions (delays, damages, shortages) Maintain accurate records in CargoWise Support billing reconciliation with carriers/airlines Requirements 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics operations; US trade lane experience preferred Hands-on experience with CargoWise (required) — must be able to process bookings, generate documents (B/L, AWB), and manage shipment records in the system Working knowledge of ocean able to quickly identify and resolve shipment issues Quick learner, comfortable picking up new systems and processes with minimal supervision Detail-oriented, able to multitask and handle multiple shipments under pressure Versátil availability — willing to adjust working hours to align with US time zones and accommodate urgent shipment issues outside standard hours
