- Proficient in both English and Spanish.
(B2 or higher)- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with office software and databases.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
**Responsibilities**:- Manage new claims for various commercial coverages and update client accounts in Alliant's system.
- Process and set up new claims for commercial lines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Ensure strong client relationships through responsive, real-time communication.
