Support Corporate HSE policy implementation and maintenance in plant operations.
Apply HSE tools, standards, and legal/MSAS requirements.
Support HSE in projects, launches, and daily operations.
Conduct training, safety talks, evaluations, and awareness actions.
Support annual HSE plan execution and tracking.
Assist incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Prepare KPI reports and monitor corrective actions.
Perform inspections, ergonomic reviews, and risk assessments.
Promote HSE culture and continuous improvement.
Provide technical HSE support to personnel.




Support audits (ISO *****, IATF, CES, customer).
Ensure regulatory compliance and EMS maintenance.
Support onboarding, sustainability, and documentation control.
Assist security/OEA processes and asset protection.
Promote safety, compliance, and IT incident reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Nursing, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in Health, Safety, or Environmental management.
Knowledge of ISO *****:****, ISO *****:****, Mexican Federal Labor Law, and Mexican Social Security Law.
Knowledge of environmental regulations and requirements, and Psychosocial Risk factors.
First Aid knowledge, Crisis management, and emergency response skills.
