**Job Summary**:- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _**_Master Scheduler_**_ located in _**_Guadalajara, North Campus_**_._- This role involves_ being responsible for supporting materials and production functions.
**What a typical day looks like**:- _ Create daily production schedules_- _ Supervise that deadlines are met._- _ Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization._- _ Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management_- _ Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues._- _ Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime_- _ Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials_- _ Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization._- _ Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage._- _ Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues_- _ Provide training to staff members as required_- _ Report key metrics as required._- _ MRP load on IDMS system and BAAN._**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:- _ BA/BS degree._- _ MRP system knowledge._- _ Experience in the manufacturing industry._- _ Demonstrates data analysis knowledge._- _ Intermediate Excel._- _ Intermediate English level._- _ Assertive communication skills to internal customer._- _ Able to build strong relationships._- _Strong Experience on efficient control._- _ Strong organizational and time management skills._- _ Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference._**What you'll receive for the great work you provide**:- Competitive Salary.
