ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation, coordination, and consolidation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.Maintain and update financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long‐term planning.Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate business risks and opportunities.Facilitate plant programs controlling together with plant FC and NA region manager in charge.Financial Analysis & ReportingPrepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L; and key financial indicators.Cost Control & Profitability AnalysisAnalyze fixed and variable costs and monitor cost efficiencies.Support cost optimization and savings initiatives.Evaluate profitability by product, customer, project, or business unit, as applicable.Assist with pricing, volume, and margin analysis.Business Partnering & Decision SupportAct as a financial business partner to operational and commercial teams.Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.Support evaluation of capital expenditures (Capex),



including ROI and payback analysis.Provide financial input for new initiatives, projects, or business cases.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data.Maintain documentation of assumptions and financial methodologies.Support internal and external audits when required.Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial reporting standards.Conduct budget vs. actual and forecast vs. vigente variance analysis, identifying drivers and root causes.Track and report financial and operational KPIs to support business performance monitoring.Provide clear explanations of financial results to management and business partners.QualificationsFluent EnglishBachelor of Public Accounting / Finance or EconomicsEconomic and/or administrative studies5 years in the accounting and/or finance position3 years' experience preferably in manufacturing and automotive industry (Tier 1)Excel and ERP Systems experienceBenefitsSavings FundFood CouponsMedical InsuranceLife InsuranceOur Core Values are One Inalfa, Ownership, Ambition and Progress.WE ARE IN IT TO WIN IT!
