Identify risks and opportunities impacting operations and service levels.

Drive continuous improvement and process digitalization.

Track record of designing and implementing S&OP; processes from scratch.

Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and profitability analysis.

Solid background in demand, supply, and capacity planning.

Experience working in manufacturing (preferably metal-mechanical or heavy industry).

Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

High level of autonomy and ability to operate in ambiguous, transformation-driven environments.

Advanced English and familiarity with ERP/planning systems (SAP preferred).
