Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance




Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Implement best practices for cloud operations and security
Work with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and integration with other systems
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as computer science, information technology, or engineering
3+ years of experience in cloud operations or a related field
Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management tools; working knowledge of Service NOW or any ITSM processes and tools
WE VALUE Advanced engineering degree in a relevant field
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with DevOps ethics and practices
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
