Field Tech Associate
Responsible for routine and non-route matters, handle routine questions and issues, and refer complex or unexpected matters to higher level employees. Perform basic troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops, notebooks, and printers. Interact with customers and first‑line management. May respond to calls after normal business hours as instructed by leader.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of one technical skill

1‑2 years of relevant experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Knowledge of Windows operating system environment

Good client service skills

A+ desktop or equivalent skill set preferred

Ability to physically perform general office requirements

Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation
