Responsibilities

Lead and drive continuous quality improvements within cross‑functional teams (CFT)

Support Failure Analysis (FA) reports for new product introductions and transfers

Manage and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution

Act as the main point of contact for customers on quality‑related topics

Review and approve documentation in PFS and Agile systems

Support material disposition and control within MRB processes

Generate Quality Alerts and coordinate containment actions (purges) as needed

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with quality standards

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in SMT and selective soldering processes (or similar role)

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field





Strong knowledge of SMT, through‑hole, and conformal coating processes

Expertise in IPC‑A‑610 standards; Internal Auditor certification is a plus

Experience with non‑conforming material management (FPY, PPMs), and problem‑solving methodologies (8D, FMEA, Control Plan, MRB)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with customers

Strong teamwork, ethics, and sense of responsibility

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with a sense of urgency, including adaptable shifts if required

Knowledge of Agile, PFS, Power BI, and LN systems is a plus
