The Opportunity
The Finance Business Partners Senior Professional is responsible for overseeing, analyzing, and optimizing functional and corporate costs across the US organization. This role serves as a key business partner to corporate function leaders, providing financial insights, cost transparency, budgeting and forecasting support, and performance analysis to drive effective decision‑making and resource allocation. The position ensures accurate financial reporting, strong cost governance, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Partner with functional leaders to manage operating expenses and achieve financial targets.

Lead monthly cost reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews for corporate and local functions.

Analyze presente results against budget, forecast, and prior‑year performance, identifying risks and cost saving opportunities.

Coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for corporate and local functions.

Provide financial guidance and challenge assumptions to support cost optimization initiatives.

Monitor headcount, contractor spend,



and discretionary expenses.

Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting packages for senior leadership.

Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

7+ years of experience in FP&A;, Controlling, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

Experience supporting corporate or shared service functions.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).

Experience with financial reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).

Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
