**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Logistics Coordinator** to manage and coordinate logistics operations while supporting the full lifecycle of projects, from order placement to delivery and invoicing.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth communication between **Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service**, guaranteeing timely and efficient execution of orders and shipments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Track and monitor shipments and delivery status
- Manage import/export processes and logistics documentation
- Enter and update shipment and order data in SAP
- Schedule pickups and coordinate with carriers and suppliers
- Ensure accurate and timely communication across departments
- Provide updates on order and project status
- Identify and follow up on high-value or critical orders
- Support project coordination and ensure deadlines are met
- Act as backup support for logistics operations when needed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business,



Business Administration, or related
- 23 years of experience in:
- Logistics coordination
- Import/export operations
- Shipment tracking and carrier coordination
- Intermediate English level
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
