What will you do?
Prepare and elaborate Quality Dossiers to deliver with the respective projects on time.Coordinate customer visits for customer witness tests / factory acceptance tests (FAT), either in person or remotely.Preparation, coordination and follow-up of the customer witness tests for projects that require it.Ensure the coordination of the areas involved with the project for the correct execution of the customer witness tests.Direct communication with the customers of the Business Units.Ensure the necessary documentation for the customer witness tests.Ensure at all times the complete satisfaction of the customer during the witnessing of the tests.Ensure that factory policies and standards are followed at all times.What will you need to succeed?
Engineer titled (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Instrumentation or Related).
Skills of negotiation, assertive communication, leadership, organization and customer service.Intermediate English (spoken, listened and written).
