Coordinar al personal a su cargo para cumplir con los objetivos de producción, Seguridad, Calidad, Entregas, Rotación, Ausentismo, Horas Extras y Eficiencia. Requisitos Preparatoria terminada. Tener dos años de experiencia en el rol productivo. Tener habilidades para liderear equipos de trabajo.
