This role owns end‑to‑end production performance in a single‑phase transformer factory—combining safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost (SQDIC) into one clear mission: deliver reliable products on time with pride and precision. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and control daily production activities to meet targets. Deliver performance across SQDIC: safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost. Balance staffing, equipment capacity, and material availability across shifts. Track and improve KPIs such as units per day, on‑time delivery, scrap, rework, and yield. Lead a strong EHS culture, including investigations and corrective actions. Partner with Quality/Test to reduce defects, improve first‑pass yield, and resolve nonconformances. Drive Lean initiatives—5 S, standard work, visual management, Kaizen—to improve flow and productivity. Monitor and improve OEE while supporting cost reduction and budget goals. Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures,



and guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, or equivalent. 3+ years of progressive manufacturing experience. 2+ years in a people leadership role. Experience in transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing preferred (single‑phase oil‑filled or dry‑type highly valued). Working knowledge of production planning, capacity management, and ERP/MRP systems. Strong skills in problem solving, root cause analysis, Lean, and EHS practices.
