About Your Role: New product development of low-medium-high voltage electrical products
Participate in the introduction of new product designs into production
May manage (or mentor) other team members
Evaluate existing product lines and identify design modifications for cost reduction and/or performance improvement
Interface with customers to define applications and fuse requirements and identify product design opportunities and solutions
Maintain accurate and valid project planning documentation for assigned projects, including schedule and resource plans
Coordinate relationship with the team for flawless execution of projects
Track, report on relevant communications, including issues, dependencies and risks as appropriate and in accordance with project governance
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Bachelor's or university degree in Engineering
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication skills)
Proven ability and potential to guide, influence, and direct the work of others in a collaborative environment




7+ years experience designing electromechanical products
Experience directing others or ability to direct others
5 to 7 years experience with 3D CAD (Autodesk Inventor preferred)
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Proven project management skills
Familiarity with manufacturing processes
Knowledge of third-party agency approval processes
