(CEN) COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INTERN
Location: San Pedro Garza García, Actual León, 66265
Duration: 6 months (option for renewal)
Hours: 25-30 hours per week
Eligible semesters: 6th-9th
Support the Compensation & Benefits team in development, administration and promotion of initiatives enhancing employee value proposition. Responsibilities include searching and managing agreements with external providers, database analysis and development, and supporting planning and execution of employee benefits-related events.
Project Objective
Support management, communication, creation, and follow-up of benefits providers; develop area databases.
Support planning and execution of the Benefits Fair.

Main Responsibilities and Activities
Vendor Management and External Relations
Conduct proactive searches for new partnerships with universities, gyms, restaurants, financial institutions, recreational centers, and other service providers.
Follow up on existing agreements and manage renewals when necessary.
Identify opportunities to improve and expand the benefits portfolio.
Coordinate and follow up on meetings and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Database Development and Administration
Design, update, and maintain databases related to benefits, vendors, and employees.
Generate reports,
metrics, and analyses to support decision-making within the area.
Support process automation through digital tools.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy.
Data Analysis and Digitalization
Develop dashboards and reports using Excel (VBA), Power BI, and other analytical tools.
Support the identification of trends and opportunities through data analysis.
Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects within the area.
Events and Communication
Support planning, logistics, and execution of the Benefits Fair and other employee events.
Coordinate promotional materials and communications for benefits campaigns.
Collaborate with Internal Communications and Human Resources teams to maximize employee participation.
Specific Requirements / Qualifications
Soft skills and competencies:
Active undergraduate student in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Currently enrolled between the 6th and 9th semester (expected graduation date: July 2026 or later).
Minimum availability of 6 months; 1 year preferred.
Availability to work on-site at the Ricardo Margain offices in San Pedro Garza García.
Advanced English proficiency.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint, Power Apps, and Power BI).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Open to learning new skills and concepts.
